1. Refund & Return Overview

At Prime Product, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and refunds are accepted only in specific circumstances, including packing errors, damaged items, or defective products received upon delivery.

3. Eligible Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product(s) received due to packing errors
  • Product(s) received in damaged condition
  • Defective or faulty product(s) upon delivery

Returns requested for reasons outside the conditions above may not be eligible for approval.


4. How to Request a Return

All return or refund requests must be submitted in writing and should include:

  • Order number or invoice number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images (if applicable) showing damage or defects

5. Return Approval Process

No returned goods will be accepted without prior approval from Prime Product.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided, including details regarding shipping or collection procedures where applicable.


6. Return Timeframe

All refund or return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the order through our official support channels.

After approval is granted, returned items must be sent back within 7 days from the approval date.

Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for return or refund consideration.


7. Refund Processing

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
